Skinny to muscle.Gain weight.Body transformation
This video was made by myself in order to inspire skinny guys out there. Motivation!Commitment! Effort! Confidence!Respect! Disciplin!You gain all this things(at least works for me) training your body and your mind.Good luck to all of you.I apreciatte the comments! Skinny guys, we must do three simple things to be muscular:
1.Eat a lot.It is better 6-7 smaller meals every 2-3 hours than 2-3 huge ones.
2.Lift heavier weights or more reps every workout. · Full body workouts maximum 3 times a week based on squats,deadlifts,pull ups,barbell or dumbell rows,shoulders presses and dips worked the best for me
3.Rest 8-9 hours a day.It depedns on the person
I will train often again from now on and get the body I always wanted with the 6 pack and fast enough for taekwondo.Comment,train,eat healthy,rest and about all,be a good person
